All of my food is prepared in home kitchens, and not in a commercial kitchen space. For this reason, I do not offer delivery or catering services.
For weekly meal prep services, I am currently working within a 15 mile radius of Durham, NC.
For events and private dinners, I will travel up to 25 miles outside of Durham, including Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Garner, Cary and Apex.
For a couple of years, I exclusively cooked plant based. This past year I have reintroduced seafood as well as meats and dairy products sourced from local farms. My focus is still heavily plant based, using as much variety as possible. I am also well versed in gluten-free cooking.
Since weekly clients are committed to this service long-term, I can't provide an exact time frame. Because of this, I only keep a few waitlist spots open.
Absolutely, I'm happy to work with any dietary restrictions or allergies you have. I do charge an additional fee for more restrictive diets however, as these menus require more time and planning. I do not offer macros and I am not a nutritionist.
I usually pick what looks best, which is mostly organic, but not always 100%. I am happy to shop with your preference either way.
Yes! I offer gift certificates for private dinners. A 50% deposit is required up front, with the remaining 50% due along with the grocery cost on the day of the dinner the recipient chooses. A printable gift certificate is available upon request.
